Complaints

Our staff work hard to provide the best service they possibly can in sometimes very difficult circumstances. We welcome feedback as it helps us to develop as a charity, giving us the chance to monitor and improve our services. Complaints are logged at RSPCA Head Office and handled inline with the national complaints procedure. They are forwarded to the Regional Operations Managers responsible, who review them before allocating an appropriate person to conduct an investigation. This may be a Branch Support Specialist or a representative from the branch.
